Losing friends

Now that I have got back on to the internet, which has been down for the last few days . I found to my surprise very frustrating. My wife is having her school inspected and the teachers have been panicking and emailing each other, of which my wife was out of the loop because of no internet.

Strange it has been an uncomfortable times lost 2 friends in the last month both a bit younger than me
I have either mentored or taught canoeing too
Paul mercer died 43 last night of stomach cancer. He had a bit of remission and enjoyed himself for the last few weeks.
I know little else. I was around when he was learning to canoe and was a help in teaching him
I did a long distance canoe race and trained for a year with him doing the Devizes to Westminster canoe race in under 21 hours
I feel a lot of love and sense he died ok. Of course it is a huge loss to his close friends and family. I feel sad but I sense he is happy.
A month ago 35 year friend David Boggen died of Septacemia . I lived and worked with him a few years back . He was a fierce friend loyal, yet would not let you get away with things if he felt you were not authentic. sadly he left a wife Vairocini and 2 year daughter Ivy.

regards for now Dave

In the beginning

Hello This is the first one....

Well some thoughts by way of introducing myself......

#Who do I want to read this.

#Does any one care about reading this.

#This is a bazaar thing to do.

#Actually my friends could read this and I am sure they are not judging this

#Who am I kidding we all judge at some level..Dont we?

#I would love to be part of some spiritual type community without getting to bogged down.
.
#I would love this to be experimental staying open to possibility.

Blimey that'll do
